(a) Ionic compounds are made up of electrically charged ions thus, they conduct electricity whereas covalent compounds are made up of electrically neutral molecules so, they do not conduct electricity.

(b) MgCl2, NaCl, Na2S Conduct electricity.

CCl4, CS2 do not conduct electricity.
