Question 13 Exercise 5B

A body weighs W gf in air and W1 gf when it is completely immersed in water. Find:

(I) volume of the body, (ii) upthrust on the body, (iii) relative density of the material of the body

Answer:

(i) The volume of the body is given (W-W1) cm3

(ii) Upthrust on the body is given by (W-W1) gf

(iii) The relative density of the material of the body is given by W/(W-W1)

"hello everyone welcome to leto this is priya and here we have a question to answer let us look into the question a body weighs w g f in a and w one g gf when it is in completely immersed in water find the volume of the body up just on the body relative density of material of the body let us answer try to answer the first question volume of the body for that the volume of the body can be given as he's given as centimeter cube and second one at rest on the body up just on the body is given as w minus w one g f and the third one which is relative density of the material the relative density of the material of the body is given by w by w minus w 1 into relative density of liquid hope you understand this video if you like the video please subscribe to our leader channel and if you have any doubts you can keep a message in comment box thank you "
