(i) 117 by 9

=\frac{117}{9}=\frac{13\times9}{9}=13

(ii) (-117) by 9

= \frac{-117}{9}=\frac{-13\times9}{9}=\ -13

(iii) 117 by (-9)

=\frac{117}{-9}=\frac{-13\times\left(-9\right)}{-9}=-13

(iv) (-117) by (-9)

= \frac{-117}{-9}=\frac{13\times\left(-9\right)}{-9}=13

(v) 225 by (-15)

= \frac{225}{-15}=\frac{-15\times\left(-15\right)}{15}=-15

(vi) (-552) \div 24

= \frac{-552}{24}=\frac{-23\times24}{24}=\ -23

(vii) (-798) by (-21)

= \frac{-798}{-21}=\ \frac{798}{21}=\frac{38\times21}{21}=38

(viii) (-910) \div -26

= \frac{-910}{-26}=\frac{910}{26}=\frac{35\times26}{26}=\ 35
