Question 15 Factorization of Polynomials Exercise 3F

𝑥 − 8𝑥𝑦^3

Answer:

𝑥 − 8𝑥𝑦^3

We can write the given question as,

𝑥 − 8𝑥𝑦^3 = 𝑥(1 − 8𝑦^3)

According to the equation,

𝑎^3 − 𝑏^3 = (𝑎 − 𝑏)(𝑎^2 + 𝑎𝑏 + 𝑏^2)

So we get,

𝑥(1 − 8𝑦^3)

= 𝑥(1^3 − (2𝑦)^3)

Using the equation,

= 𝑥[(1 − 2𝑦)(12 + 2𝑦 + (2𝑦)^2)]

= 𝑥(1 − 2𝑦)(1 + 2𝑦 + 4𝑦^2)

"hello guys welcome back to leader homework i'm reverend kumar working as a tutor that leader so today we will be exploring one more very interesting question and now we can do it so let's see okay so they have given this question that is x x minus 8 x y cube so it is a bit of confusing red so here there is no cube in this thing so we can use this formula so we we can use this formula by taking excess common okay so if you are taking excess common 1 minus 8y cube will be balanced here so just you take this thing okay so 1 minus 8y you can be written in the format of 1 whole cube minus 2y whole cubes that is equals to a mine now it can be like a q minus b cube only right so that is equals to 1 minus 2 y 1 minus 2 y of a square that is 1 square plus a b that is 1 into 2y plus 2y whole square again so that will be of 1 minus 2y of 1 plus 2 y plus 4y square so this x is there now here so just write x here just x right here it does so that you will be getting the final answer as x of 1 minus 2 y of 1 plus 1 plus 2 y plus 4 y square so this is the thing here so i hope you understand what i've done if you have any doubts please comment below don't forget to subscribe to this channel thank you so much for watching this stay tuned thank you "
