Question 2 Volume Surface Area Cuboid Cube Exercise 21.1

Find the volume of a cube whose side is

(i) 4 cm

(ii) 8 cm

(iii) 1.5 dm

(iv) 1.2 m

(v) 25 mm

(i) Given details are, Side of cube = 4 cm

Volume of cube = (side) 3

= 43 = 64 cm3

(ii) Given details are, Side of cube = 8 cm

Volume of cube = (side) 3

= 83 = 512 cm3

(iii) Given details are, Side of cube = 1.5 dm

Volume of cube = (side) 3

= 1.53 = 3.375 dm3

= 3375 cm3

(iv) Given details are, Side of cube = 1.2 m

Volume of cube = (side) 3

= 1.23 = 1.728 m3

(v) Given details are, Side of cube = 25 mm

Volume of cube = (side) 3

= 253 = 15625 mm3

= 15.625 cm3

Video transcript
hello welcome to leader homework today we are going to see 18 integers are multiplied together what will be the sign of their product if 15 of them are negative and 3 are positive so see it's a nice question you should look carefully eight integers multiplied fifteen of them are negative so if there are negative it's going to be the negative for this complete it's going to be a negative answer and if there are three positive it's going to be positive only again minus into place is going to be minus so the final is going to be negative only if it is a positive negatives are there like 16 are there so it's going to be positive you take here 1 is even so even negatives are there it's going to be positive 6 positive it's always positive okay now you second positive into positive is going to be positive only okay next one nine of them are positive and remaining are negative nine of them are positive okay positive means it's nine is a odd number so it's going to be okay so what number and the positive is always positive now remaining are negative and remaining means what 15 minutes is going to be six six are negative so it's going to be positive one six is the even number so it's going to be what positive only okay how come next one all are negative 18 is a even number so if it is even negatives are there it's going to be positive only okay so i hope you understood this video subscribe to the channel for regular updates if you have any queries you can put it in the comment section thanks for watching this video
