3 Hundredths + 3 tenths = ______


3 Hundredths+ 3 tenths= 0.33.

Place value of the place immediately after the decimal point (i.e. tenth place) is 1/10, that of next place (i.e. hundredths place) is 1/100 and so on.

3 Hundredths is written as= 3 x (1/100)

= 0.03

3 tenths are written as= 3 x (1/10)

= 0.3

Then sum of 3 Hundredths, 3 tenths= 0.03 + 0.3

= 0.33

"hello students welcome to later q a video session i am sav your math tutor and question for today is the dome of a building is in the form of a hemisphere its radius is 63 decimeter find the cost of painting at the rate of rupees 2 per square meter now radius of the hemispherical dome is given that is 63 decimeter or this can be written as 6.3 meters so as the radius is given we have to find first of all the inner surface area of the hemispherical dome to find the inner surface area of the hemispherical dome because we are going to paint that so here inner surface area of the hemispherical dome can be given by formula which is 2 pi r square and that is equal to 2 into 3.14 into r square that is 6.3 whole square so your answer comes out to be 249.48 and that is meter square now here the inner surface area of the dome we have got that is 249.48 meter square now one one meter square cost is given that is rupees two cost of painting 1 meter square which is equal to rupees 2 so what will be the cost of painting to 49.48 meter square that is asked in the question and that will be equal to 249.4 multiplied by 2 so it will give you 498.96 rupees so finally therefore cost of painting is 498.96 rupees that is our final answer if you have any doubt regarding this you can post it in our comment section and subscribe to lido for more such interesting q a thank you for watching "
