"hello students welcome to lido homework let us solve the question that's given on our screen today it reads find the mean of first five multiples of three so what do we mean by multiples multiples are the numbers which are divisible by 3 if i say multiples of 3 that means all the number which are divisible by 3 other multiples of 3 okay similarly same thing follows for multiples of any other number so we are first going to find first five multiples of three okay so first five multiples of 3 are 3 then 6 then 9 then 12 and 15 okay so they all fall fall in the table of three so the formula for mean is sum of the numbers or you can say sum by total number of counts okay total and no dot is number of counts okay so here we are going to find the sum of the first 5 multiples of 3 that is 3 plus 6 plus 9 plus 12 plus 15. okay divided by total number of counts is 5 so this further equals sum of the number becomes equal to 45 divided by 5 which equals 9 okay so you can conclude with a solution step saying 9 is the mean of first 5 multiples of 3 okay i hope it's clear if you still have any doubt put a message in the comment section and subscribe to our channel for regular updates bye"
