Solution:
(i) Area of rectangle
= Length x Breadth
= p x q = pq sq,units
(ii) Area of rectangle
= Length x Breadth
= 10m x 5n = (10 x 5)(m x n)
= 50 mn sq.units
(iii) Area of rectangle
= Length x Breadth
= 20x^2\times5y^2=\left(20\times5\right)\left(x^2\times y^2\right)
= 100x^2y^2 sq.units
(iv) Area of rectangle
= Length x Breadth
= 4x\times3x^2=\left(3\times4\right)\left(mn\times np\right)
= 12mn^2p sq.units
