Solution:

Let the number of boxes be x.

Here the number of bottles and number of boxes are in inverse proportion.

\therefore\frac{12}{20}=\frac{x}{25}

\Rightarrow\frac{25\times12}{20}=x

\Rightarrow\ x=15

15 boxes can be filled.
