Solution:
Let the time taken to complete the job be x.
Here the number of persons and the number of days are in inverse proportion.
\therefore\frac{3}{4}=\frac{x}{4}
\Rightarrow\frac{4\times3}{4}=x
\Rightarrow\frac{12}{4}=x
\Rightarrow\ x\ =\ 3
They will complete the job in 3 days.
