Q1) Find the circumference of the circles with the following radius: Take \left(\pi=\frac{22}{7}\right)

(a) 14 cm (b) 28 mm (c) 21 cm

Solution 1:

(a) Radius(r) = 14cm

Circumference= 2\pi r=2\times\frac{22}{7}\times14

=88cm

(b) Radius(r) = 28mm

Circumference= 2\pi r=2\times\frac{22}{7}\times28

=176mm

(c) Radius(r)=21cm

Circumference= 2\pi r=2\times\frac{22}{7}\times21

=132cm
