Solution:

  1. The diseases that are caused due to the improper functioning of a body organ are called non-communicable disease.

  2. These diseases are neither passed on from one person to another nor caused by pathogens. The diseases that are caused due to lack of nutrients, vitamins, minerals as anaemia, and goitre are called deficiency diseases

  3. Communicable diseases are caused by microorganisms. Microorganisms that cause diseases are pathogens. Communicable diseases can be prevented by maintaining personal and community hygiene and avoiding unhealthy habits and lifestyle.

  4. Nail-biting may cause many diseases as dirt trapped inside the nails to have many bacteria-causing diseases. Cutting nails from time to time prevents the cause of many harmful diseases.

  5. Regular exercise keeps our body strong and immune to many diseases, rest refreshes our body.

  6. Nowadays, eating fast food has become a serious problem for children. This leads to obesity, high body weight. Fast food mainly contains high sodium, this leads to water retention. This is also rich in artificial sugar and fat which is not good for health at all and leads to obesity. So, the presence of a huge amount of carbohydrate, oil, fat in fast food is the main reasons behind it.

  1. There are many ways through which you can do so such as not letting the water be collected at any spot so that there shouldn't be any breeding ground for them. not letting garbage spread here and there. by using chemicals such as sprays to kill them.
